Description



High Park is a 3 bedroom upper villa apartment. There are 2 double bedrooms and 1 single bedroom and comfortably sleeps 5. There are 2 bedrooms to the front of the property looking down the firth of Clyde to Ayrshire and the isle of Cumbrae. The bedroom to the rear looks out to the hills of Cowal towards the Holy Loch and Loch Long. The property is fully equipped and includes BT WiFi. The large living room has a bay window and a great place to gaze at the views in the daytime and stars at night. The dining kitchen is to the rear and again looks out to the hills of Cowal. There is a modern shower room with large shower enclosure with overhead shower. Outside the private garden is to the side of the property and is a very relaxing place to sit. The property is south facing and therefore a warming place to be. The property is a 10 minute walk from the centre of Dunoon which has independent shops and restaurants; Argyll Ferries foot passenger service is also in the town. Western car ferry is a 10 minute drive away. 100 yards from the apartment is the Bishops Glen which is the gateway to beautiful walks and the reservoir or locally known as the waterworks where you can fish by permit. Dunoon golf course is approximately 1.5 away and Innellan golf course 3 miles. Worth visiting is Benmore Gardens with its avenue of giant sequoias and fernery and from there to Loch Eck which has 2 old Inns serving food with beverages and yet again those stunning views.
